These are no ordinary roller blinds. Spanning a total of 19 metres of perhaps the most exclusive view in Chester the brief was very specific; to reduce glare in the Restaurant from the low winter sun whilst maintaining the fabulous view.
This was achieved using a 3% perforated screen fabric from the Louvolite range which met the clients brief exactly. Working with the team at Chester Racecourse, the blinds which are powered by Somfy Sonesse 40 hardwired motors, were fitted with power and concealed behind a facia making them completely invisible to customers when not in use.
